In just three hours, the Startup Ideation Bootcamp will help you improve your idea, come up with new ideas, and even recruit potential cofounders. Join us for a fun evening.
What is the Startup Ideation Bootcamp?
The Startup Ideation Bootcamp provides expert advice with real-world practice. The evening begins with talks by leading startup Founders designed to teach you the components of good and bad startup ideas. For example, is your market big enough, is there organic growth potential, and a clear path to profitability? Then, attendees can share their ideas with both experts and peers to receive constructive feedback. The evening format is based on the best practices of the Founder Institute, the largest idea-stage incubator in the world.

Who will be Speaking?
The Local Director of the Founder Institute, as well as some of the program's highest rated Mentors, will speak and provide feedback on company pitches. Confirmed speakers include:
- Mike Stemple, Founder & CEO of Mosoro - Currently Mike is Founder/CEO of Mosoro which creates Bluetooth accessory solutions, also know as Appcessories, for smartphones. Previously, Mike served as Founder and CEO of Odojo, which allowed parents to monitor their child's Social Networks for inappropriate content. Odojo was acquired by SafetyWeb in July of 2010. Previous to Odojo Mike founded Original Wraps, which has become the leader in vehicle personalization and now powers every major car companies personalization program. Original Wraps was sold to 3M in early 2011. Prior to Original Wraps Mike founded SkinIt, which is the leader in consumer electronic personalization and currently powers a "who's who" of consumer electronic companies and wireless carriers. Mike navigated the sale of the company in 2007. Recently Skinit raised $60 million dollars on a +$100 million valuation. Mike's background also includes serving as Founder of nReach Inc. which was sold in 2004. Mike is a Colorado native, a graduate of Metropolitan State College, a sponsored athlete, a mentor and Director for the Denver branch of The Founders Institute, a past governor appointee to The Colorado Governors Council for Physical Fitness, a semi-famous artist, and a proud veteran of the US Army.
- Jim Franklin, CEO of SendGrid - Jim is the CEO of SendGrid, the leader in email deliverability. Previously, James Franklin was the VP and General Manager of the Crystal Ball Global Business Unit and the VP for Enterprise Performance Management for Oracle Corporation. Previously Jim was the CEO of Decisioneering, Inc., CFO at Vericept Corporation and was a founder of webfamilies.com. Jim has a BBA in accounting and a JD/MBA all from the College of William and Mary. Jim is a past president and current board member of the Rockies Venture Club. Jim has also served as a mentor for Boulder Techstars, has invested in early stage startups, and is a co-leader of the Denver Founder Institute.
